生物大分子新型制剂和成药性递释系统 蛋白药物已达处方药全球市场的52%,却仍靠频繁注射给药;核酸表达、沉默、编辑、和调控基因的功能显示出巨大的治疗潜力,却受阻于递送载体的缺位;可穿戴设备与药剂技术结合酝酿着给药技术的新革命。针对这一局面,与金拓教授合作,结合已有的研究成果,提出以下可立即产业化以及突破性探讨两类研究方向提出以下可立即产业化以及突破性探讨两类研究方向。 可立即产业化的突破性技术  用于蛋白、多肽高效透皮给药相转化微针贴剂及其快速3D打印制备技术  蛋白药物以自然构象实现长效控释的新型制剂(微球、温敏凝胶、纤维) 探讨中的下一代制剂技术  用于体内系统给药的核酸通用性合成载体的精准构建及功能化  以自然构象担载蛋白药物的通用型纳米载体  可穿戴设备与响应性及智能给药技术
