1. 化学(药物)生物技术:生物催化是合成复杂结构药物或前体的重要手段。应用浊点系统技术解除生物催化(微生物转化与发酵)过程中存在的底物生物利用度低、底物/产物抑制、产物进一步降解等瓶颈问题。
2. 微生物次级代谢:微生物次级代谢受到多种环境因素的调控。应用Pickering乳液技术创造复杂的生态位,进而调控微生物次级代谢的途径及效率。
